Billing & Cancellation
Simple subscriptions. You're in control.
Choose Premium for $9.99/month or $89.99/year. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
On the Indosso website, applicable tax (such as sales tax or VAT) is added on top of the price at checkout, and the checkout page shows the total before you pay. Google Play shows your price before you buy.
Cancel whenever you choose.
Cancel through the service where you subscribed:
- Google Play (Android): Open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Indosso → Cancel subscription.
- Indosso website: In the app, open Settings → Account → Manage Subscription and cancel there. You can also go to link.com and sign in with the email you used at checkout; Link shows your Indosso subscription and guides you through cancelling. If you checked out without a Link account, your receipt email from Link lets you create one.
- Indosso website, receipt from KSK Digital LLC: If your receipt came from KSK Digital LLC instead of Link, your subscription is not on link.com. Cancel it at indosso.app/api/manage-subscription by entering the email address you used at checkout. If that page doesn't open a cancellation screen, or anything else goes wrong, email support@indosso.app from the address you used at checkout and we'll cancel it for you.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Premium access continues through the end of the paid billing period.
Important: Deleting your Indosso account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel your subscription separately to avoid future charges.
What happens when Premium ends?
You can continue using Indosso with the Free plan's limits: up to 30 closet items and five outfit generations per day (UTC).
Your closet, saved outfits, planned outfits, and trips remain in your account. Premium-only features become unavailable until you resubscribe.
Refunds
- Google Play: Request refunds through Google Play.
- Website purchases: Contact Link Support. If your receipt came from KSK Digital LLC instead of Link, email support@indosso.app.
Refund eligibility depends on the payment provider's policies and applicable law. Receiving a refund may end Premium access immediately.
